Pecan Pie

Recipe courtesy Julie Cornetti

Yield: 1 9" pie
2 cups salted, roasted pecans
1/3 cup butter, softened
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup dark corn syrup
2/3 cup sugar
3 eggs
9" pie crust

Take 2 cups of pecans and drizzle melted butter over them.
Spread on cookie sheet and sprinkle with sea salt.
Roast at 350 for 15 minutes.

Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie shell.
Bake 35-50 at 350 minutes until crust is brown
Let sit 15 minutes.
