Sour Cream Madness

Recipe Courtesy of Emeril Lagasse

1 cup sour cream
2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
1 tablespoon. sugar
1 tablespoon cassis

In a small bowl, mix to combine. Pour into a small baggie, and put on ice.

Yield: 6 servings
