Assorted Boat Drinks

Shark Bite

2 oz light rum
3 oz orange juice
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz grenadine

Shake the rum, orange juice and lime with ice.
Strain into a glass.
Gently pour the grenadine on the top.

Dark & Stormy

2 oz Dark Rum
3 oz Ginger Beer
1/2 oz Lime Juice

Fill tall glass with ice.
Add rum.
Pour in ginger beer and lime juice.
Stir with a spoon.

Rum Punch

1 oz light rum
1 oz dark rum
1 oz orange juice
2 oz pineapple juice
1/4 oz lime juice
1/4 oz grenadine

Add ingredients into a shaker with ice
Shake and strain into glass.

Mai Tai

2 oz light rum
3 oz pineapple juice
2 oz orange juice
1.5 oz spiced rum
1.5 oz coconut-flavored rum
1 tsp grenadine

Fill shaker with ice and ingredients
Shake and strain into ice-filled glass.

Pina Colada

3 oz light rum
3 Tbl cream of coconut
3 Tbl crushed pineapple
2 cups ice

Combine ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth
