The Best Deviled Eggs

1 dozen hard-boiled eggs sliced in half lengthwise
3 Tbsp. sour cream
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
1 Tbsp. butter
hot sauce
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp pepper
bacon pieces
jalapeno slices

Mash egg yolks in medium bowl with fork until powdery.

Add sour cream, mayonnaise, relish, butter and mustards. Mix well.

Spoon (or use pastry tube to squeeze) into centers of whites, sprinkle with cayenne pepper.

Insert slice of jalapeno and bacon into filling.
