The Best Deviled Eggs

1 dozen hard-boiled eggs sliced lengthwise, in half
3 Tbsp. sour cream
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Mash egg yolks in medium bowl with fork.

Add sour cream, mayonnaise, relish and mustard. Mix well.

Spoon into centers of whites, sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
