Grated Potatoes

8 medium Yukon Gold potatoes
1 cup butter
1 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper

Peel potatoes and par boil
Grate potatoes
Combine grated potatoes, heavy cream, butter, salt and pepper
Bake at 350 for approximately 30 minutes or until browned on top
