Blue Cheese Dressing

1 T milk
1/2 t lemon juice
1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 t sugar
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/4 t garlic
3 1/2 ounces crumpled blue cheese
1 T white wine vinegar

Stir together milk and lemon juice in a small bowl, set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and sour cream until combined.
Add sugar, salt, pepper and garlic and mix again.
Add cheese, soured milk (from step 1) and vinegar. Whisk to combine.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refridgerator.
