2 1/2 tablespoons powder mustard
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon molasses
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup onion, minced
1/4 teaspoon ginger, finely grated
1/4 teaspoon mace
Kosher salt and fresh white pepper, to taste
Before you start the recipe, whisk the powded mustard and vinegar together
and let sit for 5 minutes. Place the mustard/vinegar mixture into a mixing
bowl and add the other ingredients together, whisk well. Season to taste
with salt and pepper. Serve with your favorite steak.
